I am the founder and CEO of Morales Agency. I grew up in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York when I was 16 to go to college. I moved to Florida in 2002 where I pursued a career in the financial services industry. I possess 20 years of experience, determination, and success in the insurance industry. I have verifiable records of success. Mainly developing long-lasting relationships through helping customers, I also have outstanding skills in mentoring and supervision of producers and support staff. In 2015 I was introduced into the Hall of Fame of one of the top insurance companies in the United States. What brings me joy is assisting people with their financial needs and goals while protecting them and their loved ones.

I was born and raised here in South Florida and have lived here for 26 years. I have been in the insurance industry for almost two years, starting off in life insurance before moving to a CSR/Sales Agent role. What excites me most about my work is that I get to learn something new every day, and my number one goal is to help people the best I can. Personally, I enjoy playing video games whenever I have free time. A little-known fact about me is that I grew up playing bowling for 18 years. When I’m not working, you can find me playing video games, hanging out with family and friends, or at a baseball game.

I was born in the Garden State of NJ, but I grew up in Puerto Rico, moving to NYC at 22, and then to Miami in 2002. I’ve worked in this industry for almost 20 years, and I’m still not even close to being tired of it. I enjoy working with other people, especially the challenge of managing and educating them in ways that change their outlook of what insurance can do for them.

On a personal level, I maintain a healthy lifestyle by keeping myself active participating in all kinds of sports and outdoor activities. I also appreciate a good wine, and you’ll often find me enjoying life with my partner, friends, and puppy.

I’m a native Floridian, born in Miami of German descent. My entire professional career has been in the insurance industry with over 25 years of experience, but I also have a background in real estate. I like to connect with people and get to know their life stories while assisting them in their insurance needs by providing value and quality service. The environment and camaraderie that our office shares, along with the positive support and energy from our owner make it a joy to come to work each day.

On a personal note, the aviation field has always been a love of mine with my next adventure featuring a hot air balloon! Most weekends you can catch me with family – I have 2 children, 1 stepdaughter, and 5 grandchildren, all of whom I adore. I also enjoy biking, reading, and exercising, and I’m a proud alumnus of the Coral Springs Police Academy. My current life goal is to volunteer more to help the environment and children in need.

I grew up in the Ft. Lauderdale area of South Florida. I’ve been in the insurance industry for six years, handling home and auto insurance in the personal lines. I’m currently expanding my knowledge to provide comprehensive insurance advice. I’m passionate about helping people understand their insurance better and ensuring they save money while maintaining adequate coverage. Personally, I love talking about Disney, dogs, and fitness. On weekends, you can often find me at a local shake or smoothie shop or at the gym. I also volunteer at my local church, helping to feed families in need.

My life began in Panama, but I was raised in the lovely state of Hawaii. I studied mechanical engineering in college, and my experience in the insurance industry consists of 2 years of personal lines, home, rental, commercial, general liability, and specialty insurance experience. What excites me the most about my job is the teamwork we engage in while assisting both families and individuals to improve their situation by providing better coverages for all their needs.

I’m an automotive and investment enthusiast and I also love traveling to new destinations! On the weekends you can find me at the beach or spending time with my wonderful fiance. Sometimes I also enjoy doing 5k charity runs!

I grew up in Lima, Peru, and spent many years in the airline industry. After pursuing higher education in the States, I gained experience in real estate before transitioning to the insurance sector in 2021, focusing on homeowners insurance. I love using my skills to educate clients about their insurance options and help them make informed decisions.

Personally, I enjoy simple pleasures like the beach, good workouts, and good food. I’m passionate about personal growth, meditation, reading, and spending time with positive people. I have two German Shepherds, Koah and Maui, and two wonderful daughters who fill my life with love and laughter.

My guilty pleasure is traveling the world, and I have a talent for painting and designing unique furniture. When I’m not working, I enjoy family time, the beach, and cooking. I also volunteer with S.H.A.R.E., a German Shepherd rescue organization, and the Broward Partnership Pompano Beach Center for the homeless.

I’m a native Floridian, having grown up in Fort Lauderdale but now residing in the Stuart area. I have an AA in Architecture and an AS in Computer Engineering & Networking, and 2 years of experience in the insurance industry along with my 220 and 215 licenses. When it comes to my job, I enjoy collaborating with people and assisting them to navigate through the various insurance products we offer.

My joy is traveling, and I’ve been throughout the U.S., Europe, and other parts of the world via planes, trains, automobiles, and boats! I thoroughly love to eat spicy foods and I also enjoy the beach and sports, particularly football and basketball. As a Floridian, I support the local teams and have been a 20+ year Dolphin Season ticket holder. If you don’t catch me at a sporting event, you’ll find me boating, fishing, or enjoying the beach with my family.

I grew up in Boca Raton and attended private school my whole life. I’m still a little new to the insurance industry with six months’ worth of personal lines, commercial auto, general liability, and life insurance but I’m learning more and more every day. What I most appreciate about this job is knowing that I am saving people money and helping them find better coverage for all their policies.

For fun I enjoy the process of investing in property so that one day I can relax and have multiple types of income. My guilty pleasure is sitting in on the World Series of Poker tournaments and small side tournaments to learn and practice with the goal of entering the 10k main in Vegas for the millions. When not at work, you can find me on the paddleboard or at the beach relaxing, or watching the UFC fights on Saturday nights and football games on Sundays.

Originally I hail from Boston, spending my childhood summers on the seacoast of Maine. I studied Hospitality Management at the University of New Hampshire and spent 20 years in the hotel industry before pivoting to insurance. I’m proud to have been at the Morales Agency my whole insurance career. I’m licensed in Property, Casualty, and Commercial Insurance, as well as Life insurance. I enjoy building relationships with my clients and creating that personalized experience that allows me to find the best products for their needs.

My fun side loves wine, cooking, dining out and Lilly Pulitzer! In my spare time, you can often find me shopping, relaxing at the beach, or in my pool on the weekend with my husband and 5 year old son, Griffin.

I don’t have much experience in the industry, but I look forward to building my career path, and seeing where it takes me! I love helping people in any way that I can, and keeping people safe is what drives me.

I grew up in the Middle East; Jordan, Kuwait, and Lebanon, to be exact! I studied under the Cambridge curriculum and graduated with honors.

During my downtime, I love reading novels; classics, fiction, and the whole nine yards. When I’m not working, you can find me at the gym or snuggled up in bed with a good book and a warm cup of tea.

If there’s one thing I know, it’s how to make a mean pasta! That’s my special talent.
