I am the founder and CEO of Morales Agency. I grew up in the Dominican Republic and moved to New York when I was 16 to go to college. I moved to Florida in 2002 where I pursued a career in the financial services industry.
I possess 20 years of experience, determination, and success in the insurance industry. I have verifiable records of success. Mainly developing long-lasting relationships through helping customers, I also have outstanding skills in mentoring and supervision of producers and support staff.
In 2015 I was introduced into the Hall of Fame of one of the top insurance companies in the United States. What brings me joy is assisting people with their financial needs and goals while protecting them and their loved ones.
