Encouraging these young, fresh individuals to join well-established peer and mentor groups can develop positive relationships with individuals who share their interests and passions.
Luckily, in our community, Florida Youth SHINE is on an ambitious mission to Empower, Improve, Educate, and Support the growth of tomorrow’s leaders through the combined knowledge and experience of today’s youth and supporters. Florida Youth SHINE is a peer advocacy network that speaks up for all the children, teenagers, and young adults whose lives are impacted by Florida’s child welfare system.
